Honestly, Lance was one of the most awesome people I have EVER worked with. I truly have never had such a wonderful experience with a professional. If you want help from someone who genuinely cares for his clients, he is your guy. He listens to all your needs, he is quick to respond, he pays attention to detail, and has yours and every person in your family’s best best interest at heart when working to help you find YOUR place. I went into the home hunting journey with expectations of working with someone who was ultimately only interested in getting paid. This wasn’t the case with Lance. Professional, kind, and honest through and through. Big thanks to an awesome person for everything!
Lance is a Miracle broker. I listed everything I was conflicted with in searching for a home and he found a solution for each and everything in the quickest time. Found a perfect house for us in less than a day and got us moved in less than 2 weeks. I couldn’t have asked for a better broker!
Lance is the absolute best! As a first time home buyer, we really knew NOTHING. Lance walked us through step by step, he came and saw maybe 30 houses with us (maybe more!), and helped us decide what we needed and what was best for us. He was available at any time I needed and was always just a text away. If you are looking for someone who is hardworking and actually cares, Lance is your man! Lance aka (Sir Lance Sells Alot) is THE guy to work with if you are looking for professionalism, dedication and overall a great experience. In a market where inventory was being under contract within a few days. Lance managed to find me and my family our dream home. In the process of finding my family a home, Lance went the extra mile and visited each and every listing I had interest in video recorded each house with detailed voiceovers about the specifics within each property. Lance is always on top of checking out new listings, before and once, it hits the market. I recieved several phone calls and texts early in the morning trying to schedule a video call with me to see each unit that he thinks suits me. As this was our first house we ever purchased, he walked us through every step and answered our million and one questions every time. My husband and I were searching for the perfect home. Lance helped us look for the ideal house for over 18 months until we landed in our perfect house before it was even on the market. Not only was it PERFECT, it was within our budget. Lance was extremely patient, as I had a lot of things I wanted for the house, and the location was prime. Once we landed on the perfect home, Lance made sure we could land on being under contract with the offer we placed. Once our offer was accepted, Lance made sure my husband and I understood the process from start to finish, as we are first-time home buyers. Being extremely nervous, Lance was available to answer any questions we had via calls or text messages, any time, any day. He never left us confused and was thorough throughout the process. His patience throughout the home inspection, negotiation, and closing procedures was greatly appreciated, and if we had to go through this process again (which we won’t, as he found the perfect home), we would do it all over again with Lance.
